Week OneGratitude For What Already Exists
When life gets hard, it is easy to focus on what we don’t have as opposed to being able to see all the things we have to be grateful for.
During week one, we will explore the different aspects of our lives we can express gratitude for.
A reminder to acknowledge the past, be grateful for the present, and look forward to the future.
Week TwoGratitude For Self
We will focus on self-love, positivity, and nurturing ourselves.
It is easy to pour into others, but we must reminder that we cannot give more than what we have.
Pouring from your cup, faster than it can be filled is unsustainable.
We will explore what it is about ourselves that we are grateful for, express gratitude for self, and equip ourselves with tools that will align us with sharing the gratitude with others.
Week ThreeGratitude For Others
We will navigate the week exploring sustainable ways to express gratitude for others, even when we may not feel like it.
This week will focus on leading with our hearts and sharing our light with others in order to make the positive impact we want on the world outside of us.
Reconnect with your mind, body and spirit as you escape the noise of everyday life.Make a donation
